1. General Information

• Shrungaar is an online imitation jewellery store offering a variety of traditional and contemporary designs.

• All products sold are imitation/fashion jewellery unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.

• By placing an order, you confirm that the details provided (name, contact, address, etc.) are true and correct.

3. Product Information

• We make every effort to display product details, images, and prices accurately.

• Slight variations in colour, design, or size may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen settings.

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or other listed payment methods.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you must provide a valid address and contact number.

• Shrungaar reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

• Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days (may vary based on location).

• Delivery delays due to unforeseen events (courier delays, weather, festivals) are beyond our control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases.

• Returns are accepted only in eligible cases with an unboxing video as proof.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

• Certain items (earrings, customized jewellery, sale items) are non-returnable.

7. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement if not shipped.

• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, designs, and text on the Shrungaar website are our intellectual property.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Shrungaar is not responsible for:

  • Minor product variations due to display settings

  • Delays caused by third-party courier services

  • Allergic reactions to jewellery materials

• Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

• We do not store your payment information; all transactions are securely processed.
