Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@shrungaarcollection.in with:

Our team will verify the request and provide you with return shipping instructions.

In case of approved returns, you must ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or wrong at delivery.
Refunds

Refunds will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method via Razorpay.

If you paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be made to your bank account (bank details to be shared by you).

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible; you may initiate a return after delivery.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in case of size/defect issues, subject to availability.

If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
